TYDBK Insulator Replacement Tool Overview
Professional transmission line stringing tool designed for safe and efficient insulator replacement on overhead power lines. The closed card system enables replacement of porcelain bottle insulators during both potential and power failure conditions.
Primary Applications
- Replacement of any porcelain bottle in tension-resistant or straight-line porcelain bottom strings
- Works with porcelain bottle insulators and glass insulators
- Voltage range: 10-1000KV systems
Operation Method
The tool tightens the porcelain bottle string on both sides, allowing the middle insulator to be loosened and replaced simultaneously. After replacement, the tightened porcelain bottles are released to complete the operation.
