(1) Matt 0.9 PVC tarpaulin: Now, the most popular material for water parks is
MATT 0.9MM PVC TARPAULIN, which looks much better than glossy 0.9mm and
It is wrinkle-less after packing.
(2) Sealing: Not double or tripple but Quadruple.
(3) Seam: We do Double seam, very easy to tell from single ones.
(4) D-ring set & Handles: Quadruple layers PVC tarpaulin base with 316 stainless steel
D rings together consisits our anchoring system. Hard hadnles use professional ABS plastic,soft with pearl foam, woven strap.
(5) Printing: Digital printing,silk printing(below),hand painting all available.
(6) Air Pump: We use1200W high power pump for all air sealed items. NOT 750W or 950W. It's faster and with better quality.
(7) Air Valves: Auto relief valves.
(8) Reinforcement. We make reinforcements at every weak points like welding seams, inside baffles, conner,ect.
(9) Durable anchor ring. For anchor ring, we use 316 stainless steel material which last longer than other metal in water.
