Product Description
The glazed tile forming machine conveys the raw materials to the feed guide device through the loading rack, and then enters the forming main machine. In the forming main machine, the raw materials are gradually pressed into the shape of glazed tiles under the pressure of the rollers and the action of the mold. Subsequently, the punching device punches the tiles to give them unique patterns and designs. Finally, the forming shearing device cuts the tiles into the required size, completing the forming process of the glazed tile.

The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.
Equipped with a cooling fan which can internal circulation cooling, to ensure the oil pump station will not be affected by high oil temperature during working.
Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
