The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.
Will not leave any scratches on the sheet when working.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
The machine body has a solid structure, welded with high-quality materials such as channel steel and steel plates. The middle plate connection adopts reinforced structures such as cast steel pull plates to ensure that the machine is stable and does not deform during operation. The transmission bearing adopts high-speed double-sealed bearings, which are maintenance-free and extend the service life of the machine.
