Product Description

 Raw materials such as color-coated sheets or galvanized sheets are transported to the feed inlet platform through the unloading machine, and then enter the forming machine. In the forming machine, the sheets are rolled and formed by two layers of multi-row shafts, and two different types of color steel tiles can be produced at the same time, such as 840 and 900. After that, they are cut according to the set length by the forming shearing device to obtain the double-layer color steel tile finished product of the required size. The whole process is precisely controlled by the computer control system to achieve automated production.
