The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.
Equipped with a cooling fan which can internal circulation cooling, to ensure the oil pump station will not be affected by high oil temperature during working.

The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.

The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.
Will not leave any scratches on the sheet when working.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
After shaping, the metal is cut into individual slats of the required length. Precision cutting ensures uniformity in the final product.
The mold is made of special alloy steel and has undergone multiple fine processing and surface hardening treatments. Its wear resistance is more than 50% higher than that of ordinary molds, which effectively reduces the replacement frequency of molds, extends the service life of the equipment, and saves companies a lot of mold replacement costs and maintenance time.
