The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.
Equipped with a cooling fan which can internal circulation cooling, to ensure the oil pump station will not be affected by high oil temperature during working.

The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.

The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.
Will not leave any scratches on the sheet when working.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
After shaping, the metal is cut into individual slats of the required length. Precision cutting ensures uniformity in the final product.
The double-layer tile pressing machine has its advantages in such scenarios. Its unique double-layer design can produce two tiles of different specifications at the same time. This feature greatly improves production efficiency and greatly shortens the production cycle compared to traditional production methods.
