Hydraulic Pump Station

Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The feeding table also has a certain buffering function. When there is a short speed fluctuation in the upstream uncoiler or downstream forming equipment, the feeding table can maintain the continuity of material transportation through its own buffering mechanism to avoid production stagnation or sheet damage caused by speed differences.
Shaft & Roller
Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.
The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.
Will not leave any scratches on the sheet when working.
They accurately shape specific waveforms, rib heights and contours according to the design requirements of the floor deck. The accuracy and surface quality of the rollers directly determine the final forming accuracy and surface quality of the floor deck.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
