Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
When the upstream uncoiler or downstream forming equipment has a short speed fluctuation, the feed table can use its own buffer mechanism to maintain the continuity of material transportation.
Shaft & Roller
The shaft is the bridge of power transmission. It is closely connected to the power source such as the motor, and transmits the power to the roller efficiently and accurately. This enables the roller to rotate in an orderly manner according to the pre-set speed and direction, providing continuous power support for the molding process of glazed tiles, ensuring that every production link can proceed smoothly.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
