Arc tile pressing machine is a mechanical equipment used to process metal sheets to form arc shapes. The chain drives each roller to rotate through the motor, so that the metal sheet is gradually bent and formed between the rollers. The hydraulic part drives the mold up and down by the hydraulic cylinder to roll the sheet, and the shearing part drives the cutter up and down by the hydraulic cylinder to cut the sheet according to the set size.

This part is used to support Coil.

And make the coil in a rotary way.

Inner diameter: 470-530mm

The plate can be accurately aligned with the feed port of the tile press, ensuring that the tile press rolls the plate evenly and accurately, which helps to improve the working efficiency of the tile press and the stability of product quality.

Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter

Guide the coil come into the correct position and going to the roll forming part.

Also including a Hand Pull Cutting Device, it is convenient to pre-cut the coil when want to changing color or thickness.

The surface of the feed table is usually made of smooth, wear-resistant materials or coatings that will not scratch the board, avoiding scratches, abrasion and other damage to the board surface during the board conveying and loading process, and protecting the surface quality and coating integrity of the board.

Shaft & Roller

Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.

The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.

Will not leave any scratches on the sheet when working.
