Product Overview
The Fully Automatic Color Steel Tile Roll Forming Machine is designed for continuous production of color steel roofing tiles and glazed tile profiles. The machine uses a multi-station roll forming system to gradually shape steel coils into the required roofing profile.
Configured with 12 roller stations, the machine provides a continuous forming process for steel roofing production. The rollers and shafts are manufactured from 45# steel with quenching and plating treatment, while the main shaft has a diameter of Φ70 mm.
The cutting system uses CR12 cutter material.
With a forming speed of 15–20 m/min, chain drive transmission, and a total power configuration of 4+4 kW, this machine is suitable for manufacturers producing color steel roofing sheets in continuous production environments
