AG Panels (Agricultural Panels) and R-Panels (Commercial Roofing/Wall Panels) are two of the most popular classic "exposed fastener" metal roofing and wall panel profiles in the North American and global construction markets. The AG Panel/R-Panel Roll Forming Machine is an automated production system designed to process pre-painted, galvanized, or Galvalume (Alu-Zinc) coils through continuous multi-stage cold roll forming and precision cutting to produce these two standard profiles.

**Core Functions and Process Flow**
The equipment integrates decoiling, material guiding, roll forming, hydraulic cutting, and an automated control system (PLC) into a single unit.

**AG Panel Characteristics:** Typically features a rib height of 3/4 inch (approx. 19 mm) and a rib spacing of 9 inches (approx. 228 mm), with an effective coverage width of 36 inches. It is ideal for agricultural buildings, wood-frame houses, and residential roofing.

**R-Panel Characteristics:** Typically features a rib height of 1-1/4 inches (approx. 32 mm) and a rib spacing of 12 inches (approx. 305 mm). Offering superior structural strength and load-bearing capacity across spans, it is widely used for large-scale steel structure factories, commercial warehouses, and industrial wall cladding.

The equipment can be designed as a single-layer standalone machine or customized as a "Double Layer Machine" based on client requirements. This allows for rapid switching between AG Panel and R-Panel production on a single machine, significantly saving factory floor space and reducing equipment investment costs.
