Product Overview

A double layer roll forming machine (also known as a dual-level roll former) is a highly efficient, space-saving manufacturing system widely utilized in the construction and metal fabrication industries. Unlike traditional single-profile machinery, this advanced equipment features a unique two-tier structure—consisting of an upper and a lower forming line built into a single, compact machine frame.
This innovative configuration allows manufacturers to produce two distinct metal profiles—such as classic corrugated sheets on one level and IBR or trapezoidal roofing tiles on the other—without needing to purchase or house two separate pieces of equipment.
As shown above, the machine works by feeding raw metal coils through a series of precision-engineered, chrome-plated rollers. Each roller station gradually shapes the sheet until it achieves its final, flawless profile.

The entire system is powered by a shared hydraulic cut-off mechanism and an integrated electric motor. The machine's core operations are managed via a centralized PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system. This smart touch-screen panel gives operators total control over precise sheet cutting lengths, production quantities, and batch speeds, minimizing human error and ensuring exceptional structural uniformity.
