A roll forming machine is a manufacturing system used to continuously shape flat strip or sheet metal into a predetermined cross-sectional profile. The process is based on progressive forming: the material is fed through multiple sets of roll stands, where each pass gradually bends and calibrates the strip until the final geometry is achieved.
