This part is used to support coil and make the coil rotate. Bearing capacity: 5T. Inner diameter: 470-530mm (adjustable according to demand). Equipped with brake device to prevent machine damage from impact during operation.

Guides the coil into correct position for roll forming. Includes hand pull cutting device for pre-cutting when changing color or thickness.

Material: 45# Steel with quenching and plating. Processed rollers are smooth, hard, rust-resistant, and will not scratch sheets during operation.

Drives the cutter for cutting operations. Uses 46# hydraulic oil. Equipped with cooling fan for internal circulation cooling to prevent high oil temperature issues. Solenoid valve brand: Huade.

Features automatic and manual modes. Allows setting of unit length and quantity on touchscreen. Simple and easy to operate system.

Blade and pressing mould material: CR12. Features high strength, excellent hardenability, and superior wear resistance.

Used to collect formed products. Equipped with rollers to facilitate product forwarding without scratching.
- Inverter controls host's positive and negative running with speed controlled by high-speed/low-speed switch. Always set to high speed in automatic operation.
- Oil pump switch controls start/stop of oil pump. Automatically starts to provide pressure for hydraulic system.
- Before starting operation, turn on oil pump to provide hydraulic system pressure.
- After oil pump starts, verify pump running direction matches arrow direction. If not, change any three of the three phases in pump motor.
- Lower cut and return buttons control cutter operation. If buttons are unresponsive, check hydraulic oil level and add oil if necessary.
If setting value remains unchanged, produced plate size should be consistent. Pulse coefficient can be adjusted if needed.
If plate sizes vary:
- Check counter wheels for proper installation, slipping, or dangling
- If no issues found, counter may be damaged - test by manually turning counter 10 times and recording value
- Check oil pump filter for blockage
- Inspect oil pump and motor connection keys for damage
- Check solenoid valve for sticking and directional issues
Knife keeps going down with pump blocked:
- Check lower limit adjustment or switch damage
- Solenoid valve stuck - turn off pump, press cut button until click sound, then turn on pump to raise knife
Knife keeps going up with pump blocked:
- Check upper limit adjustment or switch damage
- Verify K1 and K2 connections
- Solenoid valve stuck - turn off pump, press cut button until click sound, then turn on pump to raise knife
