--- Inside Details Introduction---

Washing Part

1. Main shaft turned 180degree under gear wheel.

2. Let bottle’s mouth face to land, jetting water into bottle, after a few seconds, the main shaft will be back, than finishing the washing.

Filling Part

1. Washing finished bottle is conveyed into filling position , cylinder push and hold the plate which can hitch bottles .

2. the time lasting of filling can be adjusted .

Capping machine

1. The working is intermission when running.

2. There are six positions for capping, and have 1 capping head, can automatically cappin.
