The machine is adapted to control the automatic running of the machine. The input bottle adopts air conveying device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable. Main performance of carbonated drink filling machine

1)Bottle feeding by air conveyor, the speed of bottle feeding is fast and bottle shape do not changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck way.

2) Adopting clamping bottleneck way to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth, adopting clamping bottleneck way in the whole conveying process. When bottle type changes, you only need to change the board related with bottle diameter.

3) Opening valve is driven by cylinder. High filling speed and mass flow rate, high precision of filling valve and control of liquids level is accurate and without loss.

4) Screw capper adopts French advanced technology which can screw cap promptly when clamping bottle.

•When bottles are sent to the machine by conveyor continuously, they firstly are deliveried to the receiving wheel by air-slide conveyor and then to washing part.

•The bottle clamps hold the bottles and trun over 180° to wash, then return back to their original position after enough washing and drying. The bottles are sent to the middle thumb wheel 1 and to the filling part to be filled, then moved by middle thumb wheel 2 and reach to capping part to be capped, at the same time, cap trimmer sends caps to the top of the bottles and capper screws caps.

•Bottles are sent to the conveyor chain by the out stirring wheel to next working position.

Washing Part

Functions: rinse the empty pet bottle
