Our CGFA Series Machine is mainly used for the water filling, adopts the principle of gravity filling. The production capacity of CGFA24-24-8 water filling machine can up to 6000-8000 bottles per hour, it has three parts, the washing, filling and capping part. Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high quality stainless steel. They obtain the advantage of good abrasive resistance, high stability, low failure rate,etc. The quality of the equipments reaches the international advanced level.

Features :

1.  This machine works harmoniously with air-conveyor belt, It holds the bottles by the neck, thus, reducing the possibility of bottles falling over during conveying process.

2. This machine is used to fill water into pet bottle and with screw caps capping function.

3. This machine integrated three function:

1. Rinse the empty pet bottle, 2. filling the rinsed bottles, 3. capping the filled bottles
