Centralized automation via programmable logic controllers (PLC) for precise coordination of conveyor speed, door operation, and air shower cycles (0-99s adjustable) 
Conveyor Integration:
Stainless steel (SUS304/SUS201) or PU-coated rollers support continuous material flow, with load capacities tailored to cargo weight (e.g., up to 50kg/m²) 
 
Decontamination Process:
High-velocity (25m/s) HEPA-filtered airflow (99.999% efficiency @0.3μm) removes particulates from items during transit. UV sterilization modules are optionally integrated for microbial control 
 
Sealed Design:
Interlocking rapid-roll doors (manual/automatic) minimize air leakage, while IP65-rated construction ensures compliance with ISO Class 100-10,000 cleanroom standards 
User Interface:
 
Touchscreen HMI displays real-time parameters (wind speed, cycle count) and supports remote monitoring via IoT connectivity

Control  Programe : 
 
 1: Exit is automatic slid door(up/down), entrance door is normally manual door 
 2: after the goods entrance the cabinet closed the entrance door,
      the air clean system will be working 15s.meanwhile the two door interlock.
 3:15s later, the exit door will be open automatic, and the conveyor system will be move on. When the goods
     pass the photo-electrics sensor that will be give single to the back door for close. (the part1 and part 2
     should be together start and stop)
 4: Three side with blow. 1 Sets ion anti-static device.
 5: Emergency button help you out of suddenly trouble
