- Filter Bag:
The filter bag is the core component of the bag filter, usually made of non-woven fabric, polyester fiber, nylon, glass fiber and other materials. The filter bag aperture size determines the filtration accuracy, generally ranging from a few microns to several hundred microns.
The shape of the filter bag is diverse, common cylindrical, oval, etc., and its surface area is large, which can provide higher filtration efficiency and dust capacity.
- Filter housing:
The filter housing is usually made of metal or plastic and acts as a support and protection for the filter bag. The interior of the housing is designed with a fluid channel to ensure that the fluid can pass evenly through the filter bag.
- .Sealing device:
The sealing device is used to prevent fluid from leaking through the gap between the filter bag and the housing during filtration. Common sealing methods include sealing rings, gaskets, etc.
- Support frame:
The support frame is used to hold the filter bag and prevent the filter bag from deformation or damage under fluid pressure. The support frame is usually made of wire mesh or plastic skeleton.
