Air shower tunnel not only plays an important role in supporting purification of personnel
and things, air shower tunnel can remove personal or components' surface dust for the
operating personnel to enter the clean work environment, but also plays the role
of air brake to prevent not-yet-cleaned air from entering clean area as to ensure a
clean local environment, further to ensure the reliability of the product running
environment and the rate of finished products with good results.

Factory test: 

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance

in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Factory test include:

-- functional test and visual inspection

-- electrical safety tests

-- air velocity testing

-- purification rank test (if need) 

Warranty:

Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.

All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
