Introduction:

 Dispensing booth is a kind of partial purification equipment, for filling, refilling, weighing and sampling of raw material and Compounds. It is provided with a HEPA filter, which prevents the airborne dusts by down draught technique. The unit eliminates powder contamination to protect the operator and the surrounding environment.

 
Operating Features:

 1: Automatic changeable frequency system monitors the air velocity to ensure its stability

    in the working area.

Principles : 

The center weight room’s operating area will be keep at negative pressure condition, exhaust 10% circulated air. The small chamber air in center weighting room will pass through three grade filter system (high efficiency filter will remove 99.99% granules ≥0.3um) to make own circulated, its design meet GMP request.)

Factory test: 

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

-- purification rank test (if need) 
 
 
Warranty:
 
Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.
All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
