PLC Control Air Shower Tunnel With Conveyor Roller Line / Auto Slide Door

Air shower tunnel for Medical Device Manufacturing Industry:

Control program:  The pallet pass box line can be working in both direction whenever it is. . 

 It can put out full pallet and then put only one empty pallet    

From clean room to dirty room:

A working press the button1, the D1 will be open,

He left the pallet with finished goods on the conveyor and push the button 1 again for the D1 closed. (the D1 can’t close if the sensor 1 not detected any thing).

 After D1 closed completely, the D2 open, meanwhile the conveyor1 and conveyor2 move the pallet goods out of the pass box until the sensor 2 detected the pallet the conveyor stop working. The door2 closed.  

 Note: worker take off the pallets from conveyor 2, then the sensor 2 can’t detect anything, during this time, if someone press the button1 or 2, there is no any respond.

From dirty room to clean room:

A worker left the empty pallet on the conveyor, he press the button2, the D2 will be open and the conveyor will be take the empty pallet to the inside of pass box, when the sensor 3 detects the pallet, the conveyor stop move, the D2 closed and the self-clean system blowing 15s with ionized air .15s later the D1 open automatic.

Note:  worker take off the pallets from convyor1, then the sensor1 or3 can’t detect anything, during this time, if someone press the button1 or 2, there is no any respond,

until the door 1 closed , the new cycle will be start again. 

Note:  1: The PLC control system not including the touchable screen.

       Pre-filter should be replacement in each 6 months, but it can refresh no more than 3 times
