Clean booth is a special designed room to exclude the particles in the air, bacteria and other harmful air pollutants, and the indoor temperature,
cleanliness, interior pressure, air velocity and air distribution, noise, vibration, and lighting, static control within the scope of a certain demand.
That is no matter how the outside air conditions change, its indoor all can maintain the original set requirements of cleanliness, temperature and humidity and pressure performance characteristic.

FEATURES OF CLEAN ROOM

· Transparent panels allow full visibility into clean room

· Glass tempered for added strength and safety

· All-stainless steel, free-standing frame, including ceiling grid and hardware;

· Materials are non-sloughing, non-outgassing and resist chemical damage

· HEPA or ULPA fan/filter units provide laminar flow of clean air

· Bi-swing door with self-closing hinges to maintain room pressure

· Available in any size or footprint to meet unique floorplan requirements

Factory testing (all the sets you ordered):
All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards.
Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the unit’s individual results for each unit.
Factory test include:
--appearance testing
--functional test and visual inspection
--electrical safety tests
--air velocity testing
--noise testing

Warranty:
Our equipment is warranty for 2 years excluding consumable parts and accessories.
All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
Additional IO/OQ/GMP document is available upon request.
