Introduction :

Dispensing Booth is a special local purification equipment used in pharmaceutical, microbiology research and scientific experiments . It provides a vertical unidirectional airflow . Part of the clean air circulates in the working area and is partially discharged to the nearby area to make work . The area generates negative pressure to prevent cross - contamination and is used to ensure a high cleanliness Class environment in the work area .  Dust , reagent weighing and dispensing in the equipment can control dust , reagent spillage and uplift , prevent dust and reagents from inhaling harm to the human body , avoid cross-contamination of dust and reagents, and protect the environment and indoor personnel .

Construction : 

The dispensing booth is composed of a main body such as  cover body ,  static pressure box ,  blower box body ,  current sharing film,  PAO detecting port ,  touch screen ,  differential pressure sensor ,  fan and an illumination lamp.

Biological pharmaceutical , microbiology research and scientific experiments

Operation features :

1.  The dispensing booth is entirely SUS304 / 201 , complying with GMP Request . The surface is fully polished .

2.  Three filtrations , including Primary filter , Medium filter , Heap filter .

3.  Peripheral initial pressure difference table , medium efficiency differential pressure gauge , high efficiency differential pressure gauge; effectively monitor filter blocking state.

4.  Adopt manual frequency conversion speed control system , effectively control the wind speed (0.3m/s-0.6m/s).

5.  Voltage - compensating blowers ensure air flow .
