Class 100 SUS 304 Clean Room Dispensing Booth For Medical Workshop
Structure:
Dispensing booth is assembled from a working area, a return air box body, a wind box body, an air outlet box body and an outer box body. The control panel is located on the front of the internal working area of the device. The control panel adopts the light touch LED control panel, which can control the fan to start and stop, adjust the fan working condition, and adjust the wind speed required by the working area .There is a differential pressure gauge next to it to test the resistance of the filter. There is also an exhaust air conditioning plate inside the air supply box, which can adjust the air exhaust volume of the equipment within a reasonable range.

1. The cabinet is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean
2. Top air supply, high efficiency filter efficiency ≥99.99%@0.3um, the operating area purification level is higher than the room cleanliness;
3.The frequency converter adjusts the wind speed of the fan;

5. Install differential pressure gauges to monitor the use of the filter;
6. Adding a DOP test port can effectively detect the integrity of the high-efficiency filter;
7. The modular sampling design of the cabinet is detachable on-site assembly.
Configuration description
1.Filter: three-stage filtration of primary, middle and high-efficiency filters, high-efficiency filter of liquid tank (efficiency: 99.99%~99.999%@0.3μm), which can meet the testing requirements of DOP or PAO;
2.Differential pressure gauge: domestic
3. Polymer homogenizer: significantly improve the uniformity of wind speed on the wind surface;
4.Control part: the frequency converter adjusts the wind speed and the button controls the lighting, power supply and emergency stop;
5. Illumination: The average illuminance on the one meter plane of the ground within the weighing distance is greater than 300 Lux.
6.Weighing platform: place the electronic balance and fill in the record (optional)
7.Socket: Waterproof and dustproof socket, grade: IP66. The quantity is configured according to customer needs.
