this architecture is similar to SMIF form, it has variety of independent clean area,
the only difference is that the transmission is not carried out by the connecting arm, but to operate in a closed clean room. It has the independent air conditioning and return air system. The advantage of this form is easy elastic spacing, low construction costs, compared with the traditional civil construction purification room, the cost is greatly reduced.

Each softwall cleanroom is pre-assembled & labeled at the factory for fast and easy on-site installation. To eliminate the influx of detrimental contaminants from the surrounding area, the clear solid vinyl curtains are secured at the top and both sides to ensure a positive airflow within the softwall cleanroom.
