The high temperature air filter use separators to maintain the precise spacing of the pleats to make most of the filter media. Therefore, the filter has advantages of large air volume, low resistance and uniform wind velocity, meanwhile, it can adapt to high temperature environments. It is mainly used in surface coatings industry to filter particulates such as tar, soot and dust generated in the drying room to ensure the cleanliness of the product surface.

In addition, it can be used in high temperature environments such as clean ovens or baking tunnel furnaces, and filtration in drying ovens in the system's electronic circuit board production process.

Features:

The filter media and the frame are sealed by special red silicone sealant to prevent air leakage. All materials can withstand high temperature to ensure that the air filter can properly function in high temperature ranged from 150°C to 300°C.

This series of air filters is usually a paneled design. Aluminum alloy, stainless steel and other materials are used as the frame according to different usage temperature, special glass fiber filter paper is used as filter media. The special aluminum foil made corrugated separators maintain precise pleat spacing, allowing the filter to effectively use the media at minimum resistance.

Various efficiency class from F9 to H13 can be chosen to meet different requirements. Each high efficiency air filter undergoes strict leak detection and scanning tests before shipment.
