Introduction
Cleanroom air shower tunnel is mainly composed of cabinet, fans, filters, nozzle, electric control system of five parts. Main body is made by 1.2mm cold plate coating, stainless steel for the base.
lt adopts photoelectric control, electric interlock, automatic blow. Air shower time is adjustable, compact structure, easy to use.
the operator is maximum dust source in working space , Air shower room, a purifying equipment being able to clean the dust adhering to the surface of human body and articles, preventing the unclean air invade into the clean room.
To meet the cleanliness requirement of clean room with the help of air-conditioning system in the clean room.
Operating features :
1: HEPA air shower rooms are PCL control system with LED display for the shower time. Comply with CE Test
2: The HEPA air shower room’s duration time adjustable from 0-99second.
3: Infrared ray inductor for inside personal shower automatic.
4: Human being voice remind of user progress in chamber.
5: Emergency switch help you out of trouble, if automatic air showers failed to control.

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the unit’s individual results for each unit.
Factory test include:
--functional test and visual inspection
--electrical safety tests
--air velocity testing
--purification rank test (if need)
Warranty:
Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.
All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
