This Professional automatic piston volumetric filling machine with volumetric suck-back system for non-carbonated liquid. Process of bottle inlet, quantitative filling, and bottle outlet can be done automatically. Nice solution for food, chemical industries.
Volumetric (measuring cup) & quantitative filling. Precise filling accuracy, with special device for filling dosage finely adjustment.
Adopts adjustable intermediate support, free-tools when changing bottles in various heights, by some changing formats when bottles used in various height and shape.
With function of filling dosage automatically adjust and single manually adjust, and also with Clutch protection device, to ensure the machine works normally when adjust the filling dosage.
Bottle support(elevating and go down) is very flexible, when bottles not in the exact position or special or too high bottles, will no harm to crash or damage the filling heads.
