Description:
This carbonated drink filling machine is standard 3-in-1 washing, filling and capping monoblock. It is mainly used for filling carbonated soft drink(CSD) into PET bottles. It carries out washing bottle, isobar filling and capping in one machine. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control and touch screen, no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping system. Maximum production capacity is 18,000BPH.

This DCGF carbonated drink filling machine used to produce PET bottled carbonated beverages (soda) production, such as Cola, Fenda, Sprite and gas-bearing mineral water
Features:
- The air conveyor is directly connected with bottle inlet starwheel. The bottles are transferred by neck holding.
- High speed filling line is of clamping transferring technology. Bottle shapes are more varied, and the working table inside the machine is more laconic.
- By 3-in-1 monoblock, the bottle goes through air/water rinsing, isobaric filling and capping with little abrasion, and the transferring is stable, bottle changing is easier.
- Specially designed stainless steel bottle clamps don't contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding the second contamination.
- The high speed line is of ring type pressure bearing hydraulic cylinder.
- High speed and large flow filling valve assures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.
- Liquid contact parts are all of excellent stainless steel or food level rubber. The electrical parts and pneumatic components are of international brand and achieve the national food sanitary standard. Such as PLC from OMRON, motors from SEW, pneumatic components from SMC, etc.
- The bottle outlet starwheel is of screwdown shape. When bottle size is changed, there is no need to adjust the transferring chain’s height.
- According to customer’s requirement to the high speed line, the bedplate can be designed and manufactured as gable top shape. This design reduce the rinsing water accumulating on the table-board. The capping heads can be designed and manufactured as COP capping heads. These two designs realize more sanitation than conventional design.
