A. Not at 1386 mm high. Plan it as a floor cabinet against the counter. A true countertop 4-pan box is a different size — ask if that is what you need.

Q2. Gelato or hard ice cream?
A. Both, if they stay at -18 to -22°C in 5 L pans. Soft-serve mix is a different machine.

Q3. 14 pans or fewer?
A. 14 is the model on this page. 4 to 20 can be quoted. The length changes with the pan count.

Q4. Wheels or no wheels?
A. The specification table says not fitted. The old text also says castors. Confirm on the order if you need them.

A. The glass is heated. It still fogs if the door stays open while staff restock every pan.
