What is the Specification of our cold room?

Easily assembled cold storage room polyurethane panel:

The joint of the PVC polyurethane insulation prefab cold storage room panel are made with tongue and groove edges and are locked together with cam lock design fasteners. The prefabrication cold room panel and other refrigeration system parts of the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer chamber are shipped by knocked down uninstalled method to customers. This saves much freight cost for the modular cold-room transportation. When the unassembled cold room arrives, users can easily assemble and install the cold rooms by themselves. Or when users want to move the walk-in cooler or walk-in freezer to another place, the cold room panels of the mobile cold room chamber can be easily disassembled with a hex wrench and re-installed. Cold storage room installation & un-installation is just so simple!

• Condensing units: air cooler.
•  Evaporator: air cooler.
•  Refrigerant: R22 or R404a is available.

2. Electric controlling system:

• Schneider electric components, digital display for temperature setting and reading, automatic and manual control, warning light for running failure.

3. Cold store door, air curtain machine, lighting:

• Sliding door, manual opening and closing.
• When door is opened, the air curtain machine and lights in cold storage can be running automatically.
• Temperature setting around -18/-25/2~8°C for cooling storage
• Main Applications: fruit and vegetable warehouse, egg storage, hotel, supermarket, hospital, blood bank, troops and laboratory,dairy factory, pharmaceutical factory, chemical factory, to keep stuff fresh for a long time and will not be effected by climate etc.
