Q:What if my cooler doesn’t seem to be getting cold enough throughout the cabinet?

A: Make sure that you are loading it properly, and not overloading it. This unit is designed for cans, bottles, and similar items that naturally enable good airflow within the cabinet. Overloading the cooler with cases and boxes will interrupt the airflow and negatively impact the unit’s performance.

Q: In your specifications, the open chiller length is 2.5 meter, will you offer customized service if i need more than 2.5 meters?

A: Yes, 2.5 meters is standard one. our factory offered 30 meters chiller before, it is no problem for us. 

Q: Do you have outside compressor type? because i don't want much noise in my shop.

A: Yes, except the build in system,we can offer remote one.
