A. No. This case runs at 2–10°C. Frozen packs belong in an upright or island freezer.

Q2. Packed meat and loose cuts in the same case?
A. Packed meat fits 2–10°C. Loose red meat often needs a colder setting. Say which you sell before we quote.

Q3. Can the front glass lift for cleaning?
A. Fixed front glass is standard. Flip-up front glass is optional. Staff serve from the rear sliding doors.

Q4. Do I need cold storage under the deck?
A. Only if extra trays must sit below the glass. Ask for it on the quote.

Q5. Will a 3.0 m case run on a normal shop socket?
A. The series is plug-in. Longer bays draw more current. Send voltage and length.

Q6. Can I move the case to clean the floor?
A. Yes. Castors are fitted. Lock them before service.
