Loading stator vertically; equipped with pressing, automatic feeding, automatic cutting device, etc.; overhang winding adopts twin needle lacing by servo system simultaneously; needle indexing, hooking and stator indexing are controlled by servo system; spindle adopts frequency speed control; slot by slot lacing, interval lacing, and fancy lacing could be achieved by setting in human-machine interface; characterized by compact appearance, fast speed .low noise; simple operation and easy tooling change.
 

This machine adopts vertical loading, single needle for single head coil automatic lacing, needle movement controlled by servo drive system to complete the lacing work. Main spindle speed is adjustable, industrial Programmable PLC and HMI could set slot by slot lacing,skip slot lacing and fancy lacing. Suitable for the lacing of multi-species, less yield or more lead wire stator. This machine has advantages of mature and advanced technology, reliable quality, easy operation and maintenance .
