Fan motor stator coil slot winding lacing machine touch screen control

This lacing machine is consist of machine body, needle, nozzle rotating part, needle fore and back movement, nozzle swing part, needle up and down movement part, stator indexing part, thread feeding,thread cutting part. It has a mechanical cam operated drive system to keep a perfect phasing of the needle movement during the lacing cycle. Machine is controlled by PLC, different stator slot configurations can be set in the touch screen, like the lacing type, like slot by slot lacing, intercal lacing, and fancy lacing. During machine operation, operator only need to load and unload the stators.

This lacing manchine is especially applied to multi sizes, low output or more lead stator winding lacing. This machine is suitable for stator used in induction motor industry, such as pump motor, fan motor, and washing machine motor.
