This stator winding lacing machine is suitable for stator coil to do automatic lacing.Each lacing machine is PLC controlled with an inverter drive and can be fully programmed to suit different stator slot configurations. The lacing type, like slot by slot lacing, intercal lacing, and fancy lacing could be achieved by setting in human-machine interface. The coil lacing wokring process, such as single-needle and single-side automatic lacing; needle transpositioning, hooking, are all controlled by servo system. Stator is loaded on this coil lacing machine vertically.
