NIDE manufacturing motor stator coil lacing machine is Safety, quality and efficiency ,The end turns are laced with a "diamond" stitch pattern. Both sides are laced at the same time and a real knot is being tied at the end.
The stator coil lacing machine is equipped with two needles, each needle for laing each side of stator coils. The needle movement is controlled by servo drive system to complete the lacing work. There are no dangerous manual manipulations of the lead ends necessary. Eliminating the major risk for injuries at a lacing machine.
