(1) Machine mainfunction and characteristic

This machine is a combination of winding inserting machine and coil expanding machine, suitable for stato which needs to do winding inserting several times. After winding inserting process, it will transfer to expanding station to do coil expanding. It will circulate the winding inserting and expanding process till it is finished. Tis machine adopts AC servo to control the wire inserting and wedge inserting. The expanidng process is controlled by hydraulic system. The parameter can be displayed and set in the HMI.
