Stator winding inserting and coil expanding machine

This stator winding inserting and coil expanding machine is applied for statos which needs to do winding inserting several times. This machine is a combination of two machines, namely winding inserting machine and coil expanding machine. As a result, it has two working stations, one for coil inserting, and the other for coil expanding. 

After winding inserting process, it will transfer to expanding station to do coil expanding. It will circulate the winding inserting and expanding process till it is finished. Tis machine adopts AC servo to control the wire inserting and wedge inserting. The expanidng process is controlled by hydraulic system. The parameter can be displayed and set in the HMI.

It is suitable for air conditioner motor, washing machine motor, compression motor, fan motor, generator motor and pump motor.
