Economic type induction motor stator semi-auto winding inserting machine

This stator winding inserting machine is used to insert coil and wedge into stator slots. The whole insertion

process is done by machine. It adapts servo motor as the main driven source. The main difference between this machine and an automatic type inserting machine lies in the wedge processing unit. And due to this, this semi-auto type machine is much inexpensive. With a lower cost and high production efficiency, it is suitable for motor manufacturer with a volume about 500pcs/day.

Operating process

Firstly manually put the wedge into the coil insertion tooling, put the coil into the coil insertion tooling, then press "start" button to insert the wedge and coil.
