Stator Lace Machine Automatic Stator Production Machine Touchscreen Control

This stator lace machine is a full automatic type machine, it is equipped with a conveyor used to transfer the stators. The four working stations ensure the automation and efficiency of this machine. Stator loading should be done manually. The machine can be connected wth production line to achieve mass production. It is conrolled by PLC, and all the parameter can be displayed and set in the touch screen. The machine can store different stator parameter.

Machine main function and characteristic
This machine adopts turntable plates structure with four working station, equipped with stator pressing device, auto feeding device, auto wire feeding device, auto knotting device, auto cutting device and ect. Overhang winding adopts twin needle lacing simultaneously. Needle transpositioning, hooking and stator indexing are controlled by five spindle servo system.
Different lacing pattern can be set, such as slot by slot lacing, interval slot lacing and fancy lacing. With fast speed, low noise, simple operation and easy tooling change, this machine can be connected to automatic stator production line.
