The BLDC coil winding machine is suitable for stator with different model number and dimension. It equips with servo system. It can automatically interwine wire end, winding, arraying, indexing, cutting, demolding.This machine is controlled by PLC. All the parameter could be set on the touch screen, The operation and tooling change process is easy. We could customize machine for our customer as per their requirement.

Operation step
1. Power on the machine
2. Thread the wire
3. Put stator to the working station table
4. Adjust the tooling according to different model stator
5. Set the stator diameter in the touch screen then select the pre-set data.
6. Press "start" button.
7. Machine will automatically do winding.
8. Take out the stator
