Automatic deep water pump motor stator coil inserting and expanding machine for submersible pump motor

1. Application

The automatic motor stator coil inserting and expanding machine is suitbale for medium and large stator which needs to do coil inserting several time, such as water pump motor, submersible pump motor, deep water pump motor.

2. Introduction and features

This machine integrates with stator coil inserting machine and coil expanding,has function of auto wedge feeding, cutting and forming, and insert into stator slot together with coil , featured by wide application range, high automation,easy operation, easy tooling change etc.

After coil inserting process, it wil transfer to expanding station to do coil expanding. It will circulate the winding inserting and expanding process till it is finished.

Adopt AC servo motor system and servo wedge cutting system to to control the wire inserting and wedge inserting.

Pneumatic system and hydraulic system to control the expanding process.

PLC control.

The parameter can be displayed and set in the HMI.
