The automatic slot paper inserting machine is suitable for washing machine motor stator insulation paper insertion, it comprises the components of: a frame, a slot paper plate, a slot paper edge-folding mechanism arranged on the frame, a material feeding mechanism, a forming mechanism and a stator clamp mechanism.

(3) Feature
The automatic stator slot paper inserting machine is characterized in that: the forming mechanism comprises a forming slot, a material pushing blade and a cutter. The material pushing blade pushes the slot paper to the forming slot and cuts off the slot paper. A notch conversion block is arranged above the forming slot. The conversion block is provided with two or more shaping slots according to the stator slot shape. Under driving of a converter, the notch conversion block selects a corresponding shaping slot according to the size of the stator slot shape for connecting with the forming slot in a butt-jointing manner. A conical material guiding slot which has a smaller upper part and a larger lower part for transition connection is arranged between the shaping slot and the forming slot.
