Full automatic crimp wire terminal connector insertion machine for motor stator manufacturing

The stator crimp wire terminal connector inserting machine is designed with 3 stations. The entire terminal pressing process is highly automated, without manual operation.

In the first station the pallet is indexed on the station. The lift aligns the stator against a table that uses stack references to align the terminal housing and inserter tool. The inserter tool is driven by servo motor to move from one terminal position to other one. The terminal insertion is pneumatic.

The second station is similar first one, however, instead insert the terminals U, V and W, this station inserts the COM bridge.

In the third station of machine, the stator is indexed, the exceed wire end will be cut automatically, and a probe test press the terminals and make the electrical contact. After completion stators are removed from line and loaded in a conveyor besides the station. We can add Electrical test functions in this station according to customer needs, such as DC resistance, IR, Surge, Hi-pot, Rotation.
