Automatic stator winding machine for water pump motor

This automatic stator winding machine adopts double-station vertical winding technology. The equipment occupies a small area, the structure is simple, the maintenance cost is low, and the degree of automation is high. The workbench is provided with a first winding station, a second winding station and a bottom plate at intervals. A main turntable, a main drive shaft, and a main drive shaft seat are arranged on the bottom plate. An oscillating cylinder is provided under the bottom plate to drive connection with the main drive shaft. Cup holders are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the main turntable, and a wire cup automatic indexing mechanism and a positioning pin latch mechanism are arranged at a position corresponding to the cup holder on one side of the main turntable. A fixed column and two winding columns are arranged on the turntable. This stator winding machine equipment can realize automatic winding of the core wire on the workpiece and automatic winding of the wire.
