The HJ-11D is a metal anti-static joint used to reinforce the structural capacity of two pipes. This connector connects two pipes together and increases the structural capability of the pipe that supports a charge by more than 68%. At Flexpipe, this is often used in the assembly of tables and workstations. This reinforcement technique is recommended if you want to place considerable weight on a large working surface. This joint is also used for general reinforcement purposes.

To make an HJ-11D, you need to assemble two H-9D with one M6-25 bolt and one M6 nut. You can duplicate the effect of this connector by connecting multiple pipes in a series. one HJ-11D is combine with 2 pcs H-9D and 1 set of M6*25 Silvery bolt and nut
 It is Used for two fitting pipe joints, mainly used to strengthen the structure.
Chroming Meta Joints with Black anti-static PE pipe can assemble into ESD workbench or pipe rack system .
 
 
 
HOW TO INSTALL

1- Make sure you have the following parts:
2 H-9D
1 M6-25
1 M6
2 28mm pipes of your choice
1 spanner  5mm tip

1- Take two connectors H-9D and group them around the pipes PE1 and PE2.
2-Take a M6-25 bolt and a M6 nut and insert them into the corresponding openings. Make sure to put the bolt on the more accessible side.
3- Tighten completely the M6-25 bolt and M6 nut together until the HJ-11D attached firmly to both pipes . A force of 9.8 Nm is recommended for this step.
