Our grinding balls have many excellent properties, such as high hardness, light specific gravity, high toughness, less broken, great shock-absorbing, high performance of anti-fatigue and the strong ability of shocking hardened layer. It’s widely used in the field of cement and building materials, thermal powder, the grinding mill of the beneficiation, steel and chemical industry, aerated bricks and alumina industry.
Grinding ball and grinding cylpebs are grinding media of the grinding machine. Their main function is to grind the material in the grinding machine to meet the use standard.
We can produce three types of wear-resistant steel balls: forged steel balls, cast steel balls, and hot-rolled steel balls.
CASTING GRINDING BALLS: Diameter 10mm-160mm, Hardness 46-68HRC, Breakage rate: <0.5%. The life of high chrome balls are 2-3 times of forged balls. We produce the strong microscopic structure, for good performance. FORGED GRINDING BALLS: Diameter 20mm-160mm Material-We use the high quality bar as raw material. High end heat treatment technology, guarantee the long wear life. From "tough surface" to "tough core". GRINDING CYLPEBS: Diameter 8mm-60mm. High Hardness: 45-68HRC. Low breakage: less than 0.5%. Impact toughness: more than 12J/square centimeter. Density: 7.8-7.85g/square centimeter. Impact to broken(times): more than 18000.
